Villa Grace is part of a small villa complex that share one swimming-pool, which is close to a lot of beaches, family activities like: Football Stadium, Padel courts, Kitesurfing for the lovers of the sport, beach clubs and restaurants. 

The villa is a spacious, elegant 138-square-meter Myconian property across three levels, all in white. It includes a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a king-size bed, and a lovely balcony with panoramic sea views. There are a total of 3.5 bathrooms, and it accommodates up to 11 people.

For added privacy, there’s a patio at the back of the villa with a beige pergola, perfect for accommodating up to 12 people.

The villa’s outdoor design features white plaster, local stone, natural rocks, built-in couches, and wooden beige pergolas with Cycladic arches. The property is surrounded by lush gardens with olive trees, shrubs, and ornamental plants, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.
