This exclusive villa complex is composed of five independent whitewashed buildings, harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape of the island. The Living Experience

Villa Sunset High accommodates up to 12 guests, offering four elegant ensuite suites and an additional guest house with its own kitchen and private terrace. The guest house is available on request or is automatically included for groups of more than eight guests.

Each bedroom is uniquely designed and tailored to the highest standards of comfort and privacy. Natural mattresses crafted from coco leaves and seaweed, premium linens, and calming interiors elevate the living experience into something deeply restorative and immersive.

The Villa Venue & Club Concept

Once known as one of Mykonos’ most legendary private party villas, Villa Sunset High introduces a refined new chapter with its exclusive Villa Club concept.

Located at the highest point of the estate, this open-air, indoor club space offers breathtaking views over the entire island. During selected periods of the high season, curated events may take place. Guests booking the villa are given priority access to host their own private events, fully supported by a professional production team.

All events are scheduled with prior notice, and guest privacy remains a top priority. Dedicated security ensures the villa remains exclusively reserved for its guests at all times.
